Ingredients:  Each capsule contains: Pure garlic 600 mg. Equal to 1800 mg. of fresh garlic standardized to contain a minimum of: Allicin 8000 ppm, Alliin 1800 ppm, Thiosulfinates 8500 ppm, Gamma-glutamylcysteines 20,000 ppm. In a base of trace minerals.

Allicin 
Alliin, garlic's main ingredient, is essentially inactive until catalyzed by the enzyme allinase to form allicin. A powerful medicinal sulphur compound, allicin is a natural antibiotic with a much wider spectrum of anti-bacterial action than any other antibiotic, although it is weaker. Studies reveal that allicin has long been recognized for its therapeutic effects on the respiratory as well as circulatory disorders. Studies by Dr. D.B. Nelson of Tulane University reported evidence that pure allicin reduces cholesterol levels in the blood.
